1. Who you are buying from
Vignette Slovenia is operated by Netgo sp. z o.o. (Katowice, Poland). We are an independent intermediary, not a reseller — we are not affiliated with DARS or the Slovenian state, and we are not one of DARS's authorised sales channels. The digital vignette itself is issued directly by Družba za avtoceste v Republiki Sloveniji, d.d. (DARS d.d.), the Motorway Company of the Republic of Slovenia, through its official system, evinjeta.dars.si. Based on the power of attorney you grant us at checkout, we submit your registration to DARS on your behalf, verify your data beforehand, and forward DARS's confirmation to you by e-mail.
2. What product you are buying
The Slovenian e-vignette (e-vinjeta) is a digital vignette for vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes on Slovenian motorways and expressways, linked to your licence plate number and country of registration. You choose a toll class and a period: class 1 (motorcycles) — 7 days, 180 days (half-year) or 1 year; class 2A (two-track vehicles up to 3.5 t, under 1.30 m high above the front axle; vehicles registered as motorhomes are class 2A regardless of height) and class 2B (two-track vehicles up to 3.5 t, 1.30 m or more above the front axle) — 7 days, 30 days (monthly) or 1 year. The start date you select is the first day of validity, and the vignette ends at 23:59 on its last day: 7 days — the start date and the following 6 days; 30 days — the start date and the following 29 days, but never later than the same date of the following month; 180 days — the start date and the following 179 days; 1 year — until the day before the same date of the following year. A vignette starting on the day of the order is valid only once it has been registered — never retroactively. Trailers need no vignette of their own; motorcycles do. You are responsible for choosing the correct toll class: it cannot be changed after registration, and a vignette for the wrong class or the wrong licence plate number is fined like a missing vignette.

No amounts are quoted on this page because the Government Fee depends on the toll class and period and may change. The amounts that apply to your order are shown in the price list on the site and in the order summary before payment.
4. When you can get a refund — and when you can't

5. Immediate performance — what you are agreeing to
Most customers want their vignette registered as soon as possible. By ticking the consent checkboxes and completing payment, you are explicitly asking us to begin registering your vignette with DARS immediately, before the standard 14-day withdrawal period would otherwise expire — and you acknowledge that, once that registration is complete, you lose the right to withdraw from it. This is a standard, legally required trade-off for any digital service delivered instantly, and it is why the Slovenian e-vignette has no general cooling-off period once it is active.
